KRISHNA HOME TUTORS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Registration Fee: A registration fee of Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand Only) shall be payable at the time of registration. The said fee shall be strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. The registration shall remain valid for one academic session only, and the Tutor shall be required to renew the registration every year by paying the applicable registration fee as prescribed by Krishna Home Tutors.
2. Commission: 50% of the first month’s tuition fee shall be payable to Krishna Home Tutors as commission. For package/short-term courses, 30% of the total course fee shall be payable as commission. The first payment from the student/parent shall be collected by the Organisation.
3. Selection & Performance: Allocation of students is subject to interview and approval by the Organisation. Future assignments shall depend solely on performance, conduct, and feedback. The Organisation reserves the right to discontinue association on the basis of performance, conduct and feedback.
4. Non-Circumvention: The Tutor shall not directly or indirectly contact, negotiate, or enter into private arrangements with any student/parent introduced by the Organisation to avoid commission. This restriction shall remain valid during the association and for 12 months after termination. In case of breach, the Tutor shall be liable to pay damages as determined by the Organisation.
5. Confidentiality: The Tutor shall maintain strict confidentiality of all student details, fee structures, and business information and shall not disclose or misuse such information for personal or competitive benefit.
6. Professional Conduct: The Tutor shall maintain professionalism, punctuality, and ethical behaviour. Any misconduct, misrepresentation, or violation of terms may result in immediate removal from the Organisation’s database.
7. Jurisdiction: All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
